Refund & Facilitation Cancellation Policy

Clear terms governing journey cancellation, coordination fee refunds, and independent hospital clinical billing policies.

1. Nirogyam Facilitation Services

Nirogyam does not charge international patients upfront registration fees to browse hospitals, compare treatments, or request preliminary hospital cost estimates. Preliminary coordination is provided completely free of charge.

2. Tailored Logistics & Retainer Packages

Where patients engage Nirogyam for bespoke VIP logistics (private chauffeur packages, extended serviced apartment bookings, dedicated 24/7 personal attendants), cancellations requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival are eligible for a 100% refund less unrecoverable third-party hotel deposits.

3. Third-Party Hospital Billing and Deposits

Any direct hospital admission deposits, surgery advances, or clinical fees paid directly to treating hospitals are governed exclusively by the refund and cancellation policies of that treating hospital. Nirogyam assists in facilitating refund documentation between the patient and the hospital.

Controlling Language: In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between translated language versions of this document, the official English language version shall strictly govern and control.
