Consent & Health Data Processing Terms

Detailed terms of explicit consent for transmitting non-clinical and clinical dossiers to accredited prospective hospitals in India.

1. Scope of Consent

By submitting your medical records through Nirogyam's secure consultation channels, you grant explicit consent for Nirogyam Care Coordinators to transmit your medical summaries, diagnostic imaging, and physician reports to the qualified clinical teams of the partner hospitals you select or request opinions from.

2. Right to Revoke Consent

You maintain the unconditional right to withdraw your consent at any point in the facilitation journey by notifying privacy@nirogyam.com. Upon receipt of your withdrawal notice, Nirogyam will cease sharing your information and securely delete active dossiers from our coordination databases in accordance with our retention policy.

3. Confidentiality Obligations

All hospital medical staff and Nirogyam coordinators bound by our data processing agreements are subject to statutory confidentiality obligations under Indian medical ethics rules and international privacy standards.

Controlling Language: In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between translated language versions of this document, the official English language version shall strictly govern and control.
