2. Submission and Verification Process
To exercise any of these rights, submit a formal written request to our Data Protection Officer at privacy@nirogyam.com. To safeguard sensitive medical files, we will verify your identity before releasing or deleting records.
3. Response Timeline
We respond to all verified data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days, free of charge, unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
